Rekindle the War of Collapse

Only when nothing is said about you and you are merely named, are you recognized as you. As soon as something is said about you, you are only recognized as that thing... – Max Stirner

CyberNecropolis traces its lineage out of its end: The city. ‘Polis’ coming from the PIE word for citadel, the safe enclosed space we retreat to after the end of the human system brought on by cities and the police (which also traces its etymology to polis).

It is because of these cities and cops that we find ourselves dead, our humanness melts off our flesh, we become corpses – ‘Necros’. We are the aggregate net sum of capitalisms desperate controlling of the hyperobject that is Climate. We are already dead, and we seek existence.

The adjective of ‘cyber’ denotes all that is transhuman, all of futurity, it’s a gateway into that which is becoming but isn’t here yet. It secretes out of ‘cybernetics’ which denotes a pilot, a steering. A guiding of that which infiltrates from the future, the cyber-necros who flee into the citadel after the cities – as agents of capital – brought destruction.

Cybernecropolis deconnects itself from noun into mythical name, it becomes the space of refuge from those future-brigades of unhuman death. As a reaction to the past-invasion by the future, it is a reverse-linear progression of the hyperwar (Polis-Necro-Cyber). The coming future is one of the dead fleeing the transcendence brought by cities, capital, climate. We are desolated, left to discard, and we desire Outsideness. We are Cybernecropolis.
